🌿 Wellness Project: Free Activities for Young People and Carers (Redbridge Forum)
We’re pleased to share a fantastic opportunity from our friends at Redbridge Forum, who have launched their new NHS-funded “Wellness Project” to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people and their carers.

This exciting programme includes a variety of free activities running through May and June 2025. The project is funded by the North East London Collaborative and aims to promote community connection, wellness, and access to health-focused information in an inclusive and engaging way.
📅 Upcoming Activities:
Thursday 8th May: Cream Tea for VE Day
Wednesday 14th May: Kew Community Group Day
Tuesday 20th May: Art in the Office
Wednesday 28th May: Health Talk & Lunch (in partnership with Fun for All)
Wednesday 18th June: Visit to Kensington Palace
All activities are completely free, and everyone is welcome. For more details about Kew Gardens or Kensington Palace, visit their websites to explore what to expect!
💬 Youth Voice Opportunity – Get Involved!
Redbridge Forum is also launching a youth group to gather feedback on health services from young people. If you know someone aged 14+ who is confident and happy to speak up, this could be a great chance for them to get involved.
The first youth group event will be a Pizza Evening on Wednesday 5th June – and the local hospital has even agreed to support small group visits for further activities!
