The festival is more than just a day of fun. It serves as a vital opportunity to promote awareness and celebrate the vibrant diversity within our communities. With support from local estate agents, The Stow Brothers, the festival strives to create a welcoming space where individuals of all abilities can engage in joyful experiences and meaningful connections.

A Celebration of Diversity

The Disability Festival is an emblem of hope and inclusivity. This free event reflects the beauty of our community by showcasing the talents and strengths of individuals with disabilities. Whether you’re a member of the disabled community, a resident of Redbridge, or someone who values inclusion, there is something special waiting for you.

In 2024, the festival attracted several thousand visitors. This number highlights its importance as a platform to strengthen bonds and drive participation among various groups. It’s more than just a day of fun; it’s a chance to reinforce the message of disability awareness and foster an inclusive community.

Festival Highlights Await You

Prepare to dive into a variety of entertaining and enlightening activities. The festival will feature engaging creative workshops that inspire everyone involved. Attendees can enjoy live performances from talented artists, adding vibrancy to the day. Additionally, there will be artistic displays to explore, interactive sessions to join, and talks aimed at enhancing disability awareness.

One of this year's key highlights is the partnership with CFDN, who will not only support event logistics but also sponsor some of the performances. If you’re eager to meet others, the activity tent run by Ismat, the Community Advocate, is the perfect spot for networking. Don’t miss this chance to engage in meaningful conversations and learn about valuable community resources.
