Your story can be as short as one sentence or as long as you like.

We only ask 5 simple questions and allow you the opportunity to share your thoughts. These include;

Consent & Privacy Options
You decide how your story is used. The more personal a story, the more relatable and thats why we want to show other families and members what we get up to, how we support and the long term support we need to help our members. You'll be able to choose from the following;

Anonymous Story Only – You can share your experience with no name attached and an alternative name will be added.

First Name Only – Your first name may appear with your story across our media and promotional material.

Story + Photo (limited use) – Your first name and photo may appear in newsletters, media or appeals.

Story + Photo/Video (full use) – Your name and image may be used in all CFDN materials (website, social, campaigns, banners).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@cfdn.org.uk.
