As per the charities constitution, each member is able to vote at on resolutions to be passed and the appointment of Trustees.
Please review the proposed appointment of trustees attached and cast your vote by filling out this ballot form via voting online.

Use to form to the right to cast your vote. One vote is permitted for each member. Repeat votes will be discounted.

Please ensure you submit your vote by 5pm on Wednesday 12th March 2025.

A name or membership number must be present on the ballot to confirm current your membership.
Important Note:
All votes, whether cast by post or online, will be counted, and the results will be verified on 12th March 2025. A majority of votes cast is required for this amendment to pass. If approved, the appointment will take effect.
