About the event

To celebrate carers week, we will be releasing a pre-recorded Carers Webinar on Wednesday 12th June where we will be talking about all things carers, including unpaid family carers, volunteers and paid carers.

We will be recognising the work they do and looking at some of the challenges faced whilst providing advice and support including takeaway resources.

Carers week is an national campaign held annually to raise the awareness of carers helping to highlight the challenges of unpaid carers and recognising their selfless support and contribution to families. In the UK, roughly 9% of people (around 5.7 million) are carers.
